Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. We would like to give you a warm welcome at our house where we do everything to give you a pleasant and memorable stay.

Een Tiny House geheel in surf stijl, met het strand en de rivier direct voor je deur en zo kan jij lekker achterover zitten in de hangstoel op de veranda; hier bevind je jezelf op een tropische bestemming! Op loopafstand bevindt zich het centrum van Schoonhoven waar je genoeg kunt beleven, winkelen, eten en drinken. Kortom een unieke beleving!

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
