Villa Belvedere si trova in una bellissima posizione ad Arco, il Castello di Arco è alla sua sinistra ed il Parco Arciducale si trova alla sua destra. Il centro storico si trova a 400 metri dalla casa e ad appena 10 minuti di passeggiata si trova la parete di arrampicata 'Calvario', con 22 itierari dal grado 5b al grado 8a e a tante altre falesie. A 2 minuti da Villa Belvedere si accede alla pista ciclabile del Sarca, che porta in direzione Trento oppure in direzione Lago di Garda.
