Nella parte esterna invece è presente una grande piscina, patio, spogliatoio con 2 bagni e 2 docce. Il tutto immerso tra ulivi secolari, vigneti e ciliegieto.

Al piano terra vi è una sala da pranzo, una cucina ed un bagno. Al primo piano una camera da letto. Al secondo piano una camera da letto matrimoniale ed il bagno. In terrazza vi è una zona relax con una zona pranzo ed una cucina. Non adatta a bambini piccoli ed a chi ha problemi di deambulazione
