Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Gite (*** 98 m2 apartment for up to 5 people) offers secluded privacy with its private covered terrace and garden. It kept its rural style and has a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, a shared shower room and toilet. Enjoy our magnificent pool in summer.

L’appartement se trouve au 3eme étage, vous rentrez sur la pièce à vivre composé d’un coin cuisine en L, toute équipée, une table avec deux chaises, un coin salon avec son canapé et une sélection de livres. Cette pièce à vivre donne sur sa terrace de 10 m2 avec son mobilier extérieur. De l’autre côté de la pièce à vivre, la chambre avec son lit de 140cm, et sa salle de douche avec toilettes.

Charming house located by the water near the medieval village of Bruniquel. You will enjoy its large garden without overlooking neighbors, the shade of its oaks, and the local fauna (birds, squirrels...). The quiet of nature will rejuvenate you. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (gradual water level), fishing, canoe ride (at your disposal). The hiking trails in the immediate vicinity will offer you nice walks.

Modular vacation rental with 2 separate spaces. Lower part: 2 bedrooms (suitable for 2 to 3 people), bathroom and toilet, living area, kitchen (dishwasher), south-facing terrace. Upper part: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Sheets and towels are not provided. The price varies according to the number of guests: beyond 2, it is 8 euros more per person per night. On our plot we have 33 gites. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the hilly part of the Tarn and Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. You can make beautiful walks.
