Hello! My husband and I recently stayed at Chuck and Roberta’s for our baby moon 🥰 The listing was exactly what I was expecting, very accessible first floor condo with a view of the ocean right off the lanai. The central AC was a lifesaver for us as we’re not used to heat quite yet, and the layout was cozy and perfectly sized for two. My favorite part about our stay I didn’t discover until the last evening we were there. They keep a notebook for guests to share their experiences, and it was endearing to read the cute notes and recommendations from others. Be sure to check it out when you stay! Kris & Kirk were fantastic from the start with their communication. We had a little hiccup with the door code BUT I still gave them 5 stars because it was not their fault by any means. The entire property just happened to change their door code system that day. Even on an airplane, they communicated through text and they had maintenance there within an hour or two to open it up, PLUS their renters left earlier in the morning so they let us check-in early anyway. The place was so cute and perfect for our family. It was clean and gave the Hawaiian condo vibe I love. Location was great and so close to Napili Bay with gorgeous views less than 500 feet (give or take) from their sliding back door and the Gazebo restaurant about the same distance. The grounds were clean and absolutely gorgeous plumeria trees everywhere! The bed was comfy and my girls loved having a “sleepover” on the pull out couch and loveseat. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

After a horrific experience at another place in Hawaii we had to book this place last minute. And the response time was quick. Booked this place and Nelson replied and approved it right away. The place felt cozy and opening the windows definitely freshen up the place. The beach was about 5-10 minute walk and my husband and I would go late at night and star gaze. Beyond beautiful experience. 10/10 recommend. Nelson communication was fast and any questions I had he was able to answer. He also accommodated us with early check in and late check out since our flight was pretty late in the day. Thank you Nelson for having us!!

Amazing!! The ocean views were breathtaking! Floor to ceiling ocean views and the patio views are unforgettable. Everyday, we saw at least 15 huge sea turtles that you can barely see from the ocean. The location was perfect! Right next to the resorts and boardwalk without the chaos. The condo comes fully equipped with everything needed, including multiple bodyboards, snorkels and flippers. Best host I have ever had who truly cared that everything was perfect as well. And it was. If we ever get the chance to come back to Maui, this penthouse suite will be it!

Our family stayed at Sherri’s apartment for two weeks and it was two weeks of bliss! The home and grounds are stunning, the location cannot be beat with a beautiful beach steps away, great restaurants all around, and close to our two favorite snorkeling areas. The home was clean and extreme well stocked. The property was family friendly, has beautiful native plants all around, and stunning views. We will definitely be back.

Great stay, very quiet. Beach was practically deserted and all to ourselves. Birds chirping and a few turkeys roaming the property. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean.

We loved our stay at this place. The location in Kapalua and the beautiful grounds were unbeatable. There were just a few hiccups initially but they were resolved within 24 hours. Firstly the AC was not working which was hard with 2 young kids and the warm climate. The company was going to send a tech but he wouldn't be in until the next day so luckily my husband was able to fix it in the meantime. Secondly, we had ordered and paid for a pack and play which was supposed to be in the unit on arrival but did not arrive until 9 pm (already after my child needed to go to sleep). I was told this would be refunded by the lovely manager Scott who came to deliver the pack and play. He was also kind enough to lend us his binoculars for whale watching :) The unit itself is beautiful. Very new and clean and exactly as the photos. We would 100% rebook if staying back in Kapalua, Maui.

The property exceeded our expectations! The view of the ocean from the terrace is wonderful. We enjoyed eating many meals there. The complex is quiet and peaceful; despite having many units, we never heard any other guests. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Chanel at the front desk could not have been more friendly and welcoming. She is a huge asset to the property. She greeted us with a smile and wave every time we passed the office. It's a short walk to the beach, where chairs and towels are available to use. There is also a free trolley stop right at the property to bring guests down to Whaler's Village and nearby public beaches. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Maui Kaanapali Vacation Rentals was the perfect stay! We enjoyed all amenities provided and loved the close proximity to beach and activities. Would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be coming back again soon!

The host was amazing! The condo was so cozy and comfortable. My husband and I loved this condo. Very close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Papakea. The views right from the Lanai were perfect, the space was exactly as pictured, and the property was lovely. We could easily walk to the fish market or the grocery store to get anything we needed. Brand new grills at the pool made for easy dinners.

This place was amazing! Beautiful location with ocean views over the golf course. Walking distance to everything you’ll need. Host was flexible since we had to check in after office hours. They also helped us out when our rental car battery died! Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The view from the balcony was breathtaking!! We spotted tons of sea turtles from the balcony, especially around sunset, but even during the day too. We even saw fish jumping out of the water! I can only imagine how amazing it would be to stay here during whale season. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the entire condo was spotless. Management was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here you’ll love it!

We loved this place, beautiful view, close to the beach walkable distance, near the pool. The outside very neat and well maintained. The apartment was compact, but had everything needed for the stay. The kitchen cabinets could use some replacement and the some furniture and bedding too. But overall everything was great.

It was a very tranquil and beautiful place to stay! Would come back again!

Beautiful property with a great deck. Was perfect for a family vacation. So close to all the resorts and the beach. Great location to get around Maui. Would highly recommend!

Condo is very nice and spacious. Great location close to beach and activities. The property offers a nice cabana on the beach with towels, chairs, a kitchen with a refrigerator and bathrooms along with a shuttle to get you to and from your condo. There is also a tram that runs in front of the condos that you can take to Whalers Village and few other locations nearby-worth checking out to avoid parking fees if you want to shop or dine out. I would suggest bringing soap and shampoo with you...it was noted in their amenities list that no shampoo was included, but I did not catch it. They did provide very small travel size shampoo and body soap. Overall stay was fabulous and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The unit is as described and is represented well as pictured. We walked into the unit and all we could do is smile and take the view in. The kitchen is well equipped and the unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers in the closet which was really helpful. The early morning coffees on the lanai overlooking the lush golf course, the bay and wildlife was so calm and serene. We wish we could stay longer! We had to contact management a couple of times with questions and they were very responsive during normal working hours. Aloha-

Very highly recommend this listing! the views were stunning and with obstruction. The suite feels very private and the lanai is ideal for anyone looking to relax while looking out and watching the ocean. The unit is also very near attractions and beaches on West Maui with great parking access (included which is rare) and calm roads. Even during higher surf days, the sound proofing in the suite didn't disturb our sleep. we had a very enjoyable time!

The view is phenomenal! The pictures and description are accurate. If you want a quieter area of West Maui with beaches, snorkeling and a pocket beach across the street then this is the place for you.
