Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Large south-facing room with a fantastic location in Femmøller Strand with Molskroen as a neighbor. The room overlooks Ebeltoft Vig to Ahl Hage. The room has a private entrance, private kitchen and bathroom. Here is a bed of 180×200 cm and the possibility of extra bed on the sofa bed, making it perfect for the small family with a child, or for the couple who wants plenty of space. If you are a larger family or maybe a couple of friends, there are an additional 2 beds in the neighboring room for a fee. Total max 5 people.

Fra lejligheden kan I nyde den dejlige natur og I er velkommen til at bruge bålteltet, legetårn med rutchebane, gynger i træerne og der kan være mulighed for at låne weber-grill og TV. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
