Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Unter dem Reetdach, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Peenestrom, haben wir 2 gemütliche Ferienwohnungen für unsere Gäste eingerichtet. Vor der Tür erwartet euch ein kleiner hübscher Garten. Nur wenige Schritte weiter, Enrico‘s Hafen. Ursprünglich von Fischern genutzt zieht er heute Angler und Naturliebhaber an. **Von Juni bis Oktober An- und Abreise nur am Sonntag möglich**

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Idyllic wooden house - Quiet location for families

If you want to relax after the stress of everyday life, enjoy your peace and quiet in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet cul-de-sac with a 30 km/h limit. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you will reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This section of the beach is very quiet, a small insider tip, because you cannot reach it by car, but only on foot or by bike.

Die Wohnungen haben eine große Terrasse oder Balkon. Im großen Garten steht Ihnen ein Grillplatz zur Verfügung. Cute little apartment, Our small apartment is in the attic of our house with a separate entrance. Bannemin is located in the north of the island of Usedom between Wolgast and Zinnowitz. From here you can start beautiful bike tours or walks into the hinterland. The nearest shopping is about 2 km away. The beach is about 3 km away. Unfortunately, there is no terrace, but you have the option to sit outside.

The apartment is in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, but is also easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping is available nearby (supermarket with bakery, fish cart and meat counter). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The apartment on the ground floor is inhabited. A wallbox is available.
