Ralston House rear

This unique place has a style all its own. Newly renovated, modern and sleek. Central location, quiet corner house in walkable downtown Monaca. Conveniently located 20 minutes from the Pittsburgh airport and 30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. On the plus side to enter this beautiful, new apartment it only five or six stairs but on the minus side the ceilings are not eight foot. So if you are a person over six feet four inches tall in places you may have to duck a bit still spacious and roomy.

Remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with everything!

This space has a full bathroom and kitchen. Washer/dryer. WiFi/TV, free parking, private entrance. BRAND NEW Full size bed w/ Twin trundle. Centrally located. Close to 376, cranberry, 10 cracker plant, Aliquippa industrial park, airport, beaver Power plant. My husband and I live upstairs with our toddler and two dogs. Your space is completely closed off from the upstairs with its own private entrance. We are available if you need anything but will not bug you.
