Eleni's house is basically the upper level of the house. Eleni lives downstairs, she is a lovely, generous woman, who took care of everything for us, spoiled the children with chocolate and us with the dish that just cooked in the kitchen. We loved her very much. The house is very clean and even when ants came to visit Eleni took care of it immediately and it didn't bother us to enjoy this lovely place. For a descent house with access to the sea, or a deep area with a ladder or a cute little beach.. we enjoyed both very much. In the morning the sea is calm and beautiful and you can see sea turtles that live there always. In the nearby village there is not too much and the nearest city is 13 minutes away.. We had a very fun 4 nights and would love to stay again.

First of all, an unforgettable setting that will leave us with beautiful memories. We were also very touched by the kindness of our hosts. We had a problem with our car and they did everything to help us. Even with the language barrier, their kindness and dedication went straight to our hearts. We will have an unforgettable memory of this place and it is likely that we will go back.

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

We were surprised by the village of Vonitsa. Excellent place to walk north south. The village is very good to spend quiet days among locals.
