La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La nostra casa si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Asti, 20 minuti da Alba, Roero e Langhe, 30 minuti da Torino, 40 minuti da Barolo. Si è immersi dal verde ma a soli dieci minuti dal casello autostradale Asti-Est. Situato tra Asti e Moncalvo si rivela un punto ideale. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest’oasi di quiete ed eleganza.

Depandance in antico cascinale con vista sulle colline del Monferrato e arco alpino. Entrata indipendente sia a piedi che in macchina. Ampio giardino (1200mq circa) recintato, piscina (non sorvegliata di 12x7 mt, profonda da 90 cm a 220 cm) con trampolino e scala di muratura comoda per entrare e uscire.
