Proche du parc Astérix (20min en voiture), proche A1, et gare SNCF à 5 min. Vous disposez d'une place de parking à l'arrière de la maison dans la cour. Les parties communes sont sous surveillance vidéo pour plus de sécurité (parking + couloir). Logement non-fumeur.
