The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

Villa Fernsicht apartment No. 4 with sea view- 50m²

Apartment no. 4 (50m²) in the villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk via the private path. The National Park and harbour are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a living-sleep, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlights are the closed eastern balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open western balcony overlooking the pier.

For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.
