This stylish place to stay is perfect for 2 or 4 people. Currently, two single beds have been added. We are 2 minutes away from the Paseo MONCLOVA Mall. There is an OXXO store, and a Laundry 2 blocks away. There is also a separate patio with a gate, spotlights, and rocking chairs to spend a night outdoors. It has hot water, hydro, minisplit, Totalplay wifi, and a basic kitchen. Blackout curtains in the room. THERE IS ANOTHER APARTMENT ON THE SAME PROPERTY FOR 6 PEOPLE. YOU CAN CHECK IT BEFORE BOOKING.

The apartment is on the second floor and is very well located as it is 1 block from the main boulevard of Monclova and has easy access to anywhere you want to go, it is very safe and there are large and small stores as well as beer stores. The place has 1 bedroom with TV, HD channels, internet and mini-split. It also has a stove, refrigerator, and a dining room with a mini-split. Features patio with grill and games for children. Whether you come for business or pleasure, it's fine

Complete house in private area with garage: We bill

House with two bedrooms, each with a double bed and mini-split. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The ground floor has a split system and ceiling fans. The area where it is located is private and has an electric gate. Garage for up to two cars, it also has a backyard, living room and dining room with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very close to Monclova galleries and close to convenience stores.

From this beautiful downtown home you have quick access to Soriana, City Club, Suburbia, Oxxo and close to the best restaurants in Monclova. My house is very spacious and in the pool area you have a grill. Super comfortable. It has a TV, 4 backrooms. Kitchen with super-equipped granite. You have to know it. Only 40 minutes from Cuarto Cienegas

A nice and spacious house.
