Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will love our tranquil wellness villa in the foothills of the Pyrenees with a large saltwater pool (10x8 m) and an infrared sauna. The 7-hectare property also offers forests, meadows, a vegetable garden, and a great environment.
