Ca Xuacu, La Panera

Ca Xuacu is a set of four rural apartment in Asturias, one of them is "La Panera". We have a near beach (400 m away), private parking, internet access, garden of 4000m2 and Padel court. History of Ca Xuacu. In the end of XVIII century a country family establish in this land. They had some money saved from their years of work in Cuba and Latin America, with this money they built a very grand looking country house. It had stable in the first floor and people lived and met in the second floor, this structure show the great economy of this family in this times, they had a high status house. In the 1900, the new west wing was constructed. They built a new kitchen and new living room bigger than the old living room. Also in this time they construct a "panera" (typical Asturian construction), under it, they had a forge and later a stable for little animals (rabbits, chickens...) In 2000 Jose Luis, recognizing the value of this construction, starts the reconstruction to build the four apartments. All the process was made with hard work and keeping the original style of the construction. He works with stone and wood as first materials. Five years before he started, in 2005, the apartments was opened. Now, people that spend their vacations in Ca Xuacu are numerous, and all of them have share experiences with us. (€0.10/Kwh) Five minutes from the A-8 highway exit and 3 km from the capital of the Council, Luarca. All electric and fireplace. WiFi, 1Gb Ethernet, Television. More than six beaches on the coast. It is rented by the week preferably. We only rent to guests with a photo and personal ID recognized by Airbnb. Two bars/restaurants 5 minutes away.

Peñanora Palace, vacation space.

Peñanora is an Indian palace on the outskirts of Oviedo (5min). It is located in front of the Nora River. It has spaces that will allow you to be in full contact with nature, an area of firs and century-old magnolias, fruit trees and the covered barbecue area. We would like to share with all of you this special and cozy place for large families or friends' getaways. We're just starting out and we'll try to make sure you have everything you need.

La Morena Village House

It is a full rental house, therefore, ideal for family groups or friends, up to a maximum of eight people, pets are allowed. We have 4 double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and two other bedrooms with two single beds, a living room with a fireplace, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Covered porch with barbecue at the entrance of the house. Private enclosed property with vegetable hedge, barbecue and parking.

Jose de Tino's House, Oviñana

A completely restored, classic house from the early 20th century. The house is distributed over 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, toilet, porch and laundry room. The first floor is distributed in 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor (attic) is distributed in 1 bedroom, office area, and bathroom. The house has a large 2,000m2 garden, the porch is equipped with a grill and a wood-burning oven.

Accommodation in Valdes, 5 minutes from Luarca. Cueva beach and Los Molinos beach are 700 meters away. The Camino De Santiago de la Costa passes through the village. Pets are allowed and it is surrounded by a fenced estate for the enjoyment and tranquility of its guests. A house with lots of windows that provide clarity. Brand new appliances and furniture.

Apartment in a beach town

Get away from the routine at this unique and relaxing stay in a village with one of the most beautiful beaches in the Cudillero area, with fine sand and surrounded by green mountains. Renovated in 2022. Fully equipped. Terrace with table and chairs going up some stairs outside the house, with beautiful ocean and mountain views.
