Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

Features a large covered terrace (30 m²), with barbecue, hotplate and large plancha. Direct river access, ideal for fishing. Motorized boat (2.5 hp) available upon request at time of booking. Pets: allowed. In June, July and August, bookings are for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

Located in the heart of the village of Pampelonne, it is the starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in the Viaur Valley, it is close to the river where you can swim but also rent canoes! The Forge , is a large beautifully renovated village house , which as its name suggests used to be the village Forge. The Medieval village of Salles is a pretty , relaxed and friendly place surrounded by lush woodland and flowery meadows , a delight! Sit out in the sun on the terrace , lounge by the pool or retire to the cool kitchen. All our beds are comfy and our bathrooms luxurious!
