For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. (20m from the house) Free parking by the house on the street or nearby in the parking lot.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Large fenced garden (about 1200 sqm), swimming pool (unsupervised 12x7 meters, depth from 90 cm to 220 cm) with trampoline and convenient masonry ladder to enter and exit. Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
