Family-friendly holiday rentals in Monforte d'Alba

I felt at home, I found very nice and friendly people. I was looking for peace and quiet away from the city and I found even more, an environment away from the noise and chaos, super relaxing and pleasant, without cars there are not many things to do around but it was exactly what I needed. The house is really very nice and well-kept, even better than the photos that don't do it justice. Mariangela and her husband are two wonderful people, always available, and the pizza and focaccia cooked in the oven outside are really special. You can feel all the love with which they are prepared. I really enjoyed it and I really recommend a stay at this property to those in need of relaxation and detoxification from the stress of the city by immersing themselves in a familiar and very welcoming environment. Great experience, thank you so much for everything.

Anna Maria's welcome is warm. The house is gorgeous with amazing character. We had a great time. The cheese/ charcuterie tray offered by Annamaria is excellent (a little favorite for white wine). The family's restaurant next to the villa is too good. A really fabulous family time.

A small oasis of peace! A wonderful place... a dream house, with attention to every detail and immersed in tranquility. The Hosts were really nice and welcoming. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a weekend away from the chaos of the city, in total relaxation and in a refined and impeccable environment.

I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Fantastic place for a family trip to Langhe. Well located in a quiet place from which it’s easy to go everywhere in the region. The swimming pool is super 👍

Very nice house overlooking the beautiful hills of Monferrato; it corresponds exactly to the photos, it is very clean and offers many services (washing machine and dishwasher, in the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking - and even more, including electric whisks and immersion blender! - various condiments and spices, various pots and pans, knives and cutting boards, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and milk frother, and everything you need to clean the house - plus iron with ironing board and clothes rack). The road to access it is slightly winding but going slowly you can get there without problems and the hosts were super responsive to messages; kind and very helpful but not intrusive. If you're a cat lover, this is the place for you because there are 4 sweet fur balls that love cuddles! I'd be more than happy to go back for another weekend getaway. Recommended!

Had a nice stay during our vacation with our 1 year old daughter. Two spacious bedrooms and a neat kitchen. Unfortunately, we left after 4 days because of the heat. There is no air conditioning and the heat lingered in the house. This was not an option for either our daughter or us. Marco understood our choice and this was arranged perfectly.

The accommodation is located in the heart of La Morra, in an ideal location to enjoy the village: restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and along the main street there is a well-stocked supermarket. During the day, finding parking can be a little tricky due to the tourist influx, but in the evening the situation improves significantly. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The photos of the listing enhance the listing, but without creating misleading expectations. Mariella was an impeccable host: always available, quick, and accurate in her responses. I highly recommend this apartment to those who want to stay in La Morra.

We had a lovely stay at Gabriela's. Access to the garden and pool was a real pleasure. In addition, Gabriela is very responsive to any needs or questions. I can only recommend it.

Marisa was really valuable...we were coming back from a long trip to Spain and the navigator had given the numbers but she was really fantastic , super clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful surroundings...it was a really pleasant stay

The place is lovely and in a well located area, very quiet but still close to wonderful little villages. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and up to our expectations! Marina and her staff were really nice and we felt really at home thanks to them. With our little kid, we had everything needed for a great stay! I strongly recommend it.

This place is just magical! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Gabriella and Elena made everything run smoothly and were always there when we needed something. We stayed for 4 nights with three families with kids and still felt the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The house is very big with a great pool, soccer field, swings, ping pong and fussball table. We ordered meat from the local butcher and had amazing BBQs surrounded by the beautiful nature of the house. We even saw fireflies in the garden! On our last night we had dinner in a restaurant that Gabriella recommended it was the perfect end to the trip. We‘ll all remember this trip for a long time. 🌿💚🌿

We’ve just completed our third stay at Il Girasole’s, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed! Luca and his family are exceptional hosts, making every visit feel welcoming and special. The views of the vineyards and mountains are absolutely spectacular. The apartment is incredibly spacious and even better than described, with the added bonus of being right above the tasting room on a working winery. It’s a unique experience you can’t beat. Plus, there are so many fantastic restaurants in the village within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a weekend with friends and it was a great experience! The house is cozy, clean and well equipped for large groups. The outdoor spaces, especially the pool and barbecue area, are perfect for relaxing and spending beautiful days in company. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, ideal for a break from routine. The comfortable beds and the layout of the rooms also allowed us to rest well. The owner was available and precise in communications. We recommend this place to those looking for a serene environment for parties, barbecues or simply a few days of relaxation with friends or family.

We had such a wonderful stay with Nadia and her cute old dog Era! Nadia is a delightful host who has a lot of recommendations for restaurants, things to visit and places to see. Although her house is located next to the airbnb, she does not invade your privacy at all, and from the wooden platform and the pool it is nearly impossible to look into each other's space. The house is lovely. You see it has a lot of history, but all the ammenities are provided, with mosquito nets at every window, and even airco in the bedrooms (though we did not need it). The kitchen is a bit basic, but honestly, with such great restaurants in the neighbourhood, you'll want to eat out every night anyway! The view is breath-taking, and it is so quit - except for the sounds of the many birds that live in the area. I would definetely recommend this place to everyone who wants to escape their busy lives for a few days and enjoy la dolce vita in the beautiful countryside of Italy!

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

We had a lovely experience at this accomodation! The house very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Unfortunately there was no wifi but that did not bother us that much. The pool was clean and the bedding was nice. There is lots to do in the area, in terms of visiting towns/villages, but also the mountains and waterfalls, I definitely recommwnd staying here

The Airbnb was brilliant and the staff were excellent in helping with any questions or needs. Highly recommend the activities listed they have curated the best!

We loved Villa Bracchi. It was our true home away from home. The villa is beautifully decorated yet practically equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Clay is an amazing host. He not only recommended great restaurants in the area, he also made all our dinner/lunch bookings. He got us to places where you usually have to book well in advance. This place is a real sanctuary. Peaceful, stylish, surrounded by lush nature. Thank you, Clay, for making our stay such an amazing experience. We will be back!

The house was very authentic and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the washing machine was appreciated. Iano is an excellent communicator and attended to our needs as they arose. It’s a good base to explore the Barolo region, Asti and Alba.

Antonio and Monia went out of their way to communicate informative and helpful. Everything went smoothly & the place is well equipped. The surroundings, the garden and the interior are very appealing; you quickly feel comfortable and have plenty of space. Everything is lovingly and carefully decorated, the furniture is very nice & the outdoor square is a dream. Both the reception by Monia and the checkout by Antonio was punctual and accommodating. We thank you for the generous hospitality and would arrive again.

We stayed at Lennie's place for a few days on our honeymoon in PallazoK, and that was great! A nice apartment, lovely garden with great views, tranquility but also plenty of nice villages and cities nearby. Also good tips from Lennie about what to do and where to eat. Recommended!
