Our house is in a great location, in the Praia dos Sonhos neighborhood, a quiet street of residents and very close to the beach... 250 meters away! There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large and airy living room and a backyard with an area to relax amid fruit trees, birds, a swimming pool, hammocks and a barbecue area. Our Wi-Fi signal is great and the TVs have internet channels. There are 3 parking spaces, a refrigerated water filter and ceiling fans. Nice, family-friendly house, feel welcome!

A propriedade possui três casas, bem espaçadas umas das outras. Mto jardim, gramado e temos tbm três simpáticos cachorrinhos e galinhas, o quintal é comum, mto grande.

We have a mini trail, lake, natural pool, a century-old fig tree, ample space with barbecue, native forest, a wide variety of birds and flowers. We accept pets. The site's location is not precise. Put Cachoeira das Antas, Guarau, Peruibe in Waze and you'll have a more precise location.
