What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

Apartment very spacious and the view is sensational, one of the best views of all that I have ever seen. The place is very quiet, ideal for relaxing, ample parking. Just cross the street and you're on the beach, it was really worth it!

I really liked the location since the beginning of the contact, Ricardo and Andréa extremely gentle and very flexible with schedules, an extremely quiet place, simple apt, but I didn't miss anything, well equipped, only one detail that bothered me was the smell of the mattress, the plastic cover smelled of urine , the sofa and the mold-smelling cushions, I'm allergic, so it bothered me a lot. Awesome place! Clean house, a treat, and it has EVERYTHING anyone might need. It was my wife, me and our two dogs, Carlos welcomed us very well and always responded quickly, we had flexible check-in. The house is well located, on a paved street, the distance by car to the beach near the round building/downtown/playground is about 13 minutes, and 25 minutes to Guaraú beach, there is a market nearby. The stay was great, there certainly wouldn't be a better place in Peruíbe, we intend to return.
