Leaving the front door, you can take in the views of the Carnin Pilot Tower, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. Wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom, you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather allows you to experience an incredible starry sky.

Pinnow is 5 km from the island of Usedom (25 min by car to the Baltic Sea beach). In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. Here you can spend quiet holidays (car-free), relax in nature close to, in and on the water. It is only 100 meters to the Szczecin Lagoon, where you can find the small harbour and the jetty of the bungalow settlement. Many use the jetty for morning or evening swimming. On the surrounding benches you can enjoy the first coffee of the day or a glass of wine at dusk.

The fenced garden and the approx. 40 sqm living area are perfect for individual people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. BBQ together on the stone grill in the evening and eat together on the large semi-roofable terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandpit for the youngest ones. The settlement at the Kiessee is located a few minutes from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is ideal for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and in the middle of nature.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
