Amazing stay! I’m so glad this place was available. We were in town for a family wedding & birthday, & wasn’t able to stay with family, so we splurged & booked this house. A block away from the beach & just a few blocks from my sister, it was an ideal location for us. The house is beautiful & comfortable, & has everything you need. I think we’ll book this house every summer from now on!

We had a small family reunion at Chris' Dollhouse Airbnb. It was perfect for us. The location was just around the corner from great coffee, pastries, bookshops, antique shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and only a 20 min walk to the boardwalk and beach, which had endless things to do. The house is from the 1930s and very cute and quirky. The one bathroom was miraculously not even a problem for the four adults sharing the place. Everything is a little squeaky, old or imperfect in the house (not the furnishings and decor though, which were modern), but that didn't negatively impact our experience at all--it was charming. It was lovely to play board games in the living room, make cappuccino with the VERY NICE fully equipped Breville machine (bring your favorite whole beans with you if you know how to use these kinds of machines!), and sleep in with the white noise of the AC window units. There was ample closet space and Chris gave us a pack and play for one of our babies. We recommend!

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for four nights, and we had the best time. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants, but on a quiet street. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Elana and Andy provided us with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and passes to the local beach. We had a couple chilly evenings and the fire pit kept us warm and was perfect for roasting marshmallows. This is a great house for a family beach vacation.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and it was exactly like the pictures! The house was in a great location, right near the beach it was a 10 min walk and was located near all the fast food areas. The only downside of our visit was the thermostat wasn’t working so our host sent us portable heaters but every time we plugged them in, it would short fuse the house and we would have to go to the basement to the fuse box and switch the lights. The home was very lovely and we will definitely be back to stay!

This was a beautiful Airbnb. Just like the photos. A very short walk to the beach (30 second walk from the house), close to everything, and the entry to the beach walked right onto the playground which was great with our kids. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Felt right at home!

Our stay was amazing! A beautiful wrap around porch to hangout and a 10 min walk to the beach. There are a bunch of great bars and restaurants. We had 6 people stay at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone

This was not just a stay, it was an experience! Imagine being transported to a Victorian and early 20th century mansion equipped with 21st century amenities and yet the modern amenities are subtle, allowing you to soak in the classical experience. Every corner of the home is tastefully decorated with antiques that transport you to the gilded age. The home is very cozy and comfortable, squeaky clean and well stocked with all needs. The turn tables and classical records lend charm to this gem, not to the mention the boatload of board games. The privacy was remarkable with lovely woods around and plenty of parking too. The host was very responsive and we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely come back here. This home is one of those do-not-miss-it hidden jewel!

We had a wonderful time at Jeffrey's beach house! The house is well designed, with comfortable, stylish furniture and great lighting too. The living area was a great place for 4 adults and one toddler to hang out when we weren't relaxing in the beautiful and clean pool or the hot tub. I am at the point in my life when I want to stay in a vacation home that's as nice or nicer than my home and this was it. The kitchen was clean and modern, as were the bathrooms, the sheets were cotton and the towels were plentiful. Comfortable, quality beds in the bedrooms. An on suite bathroom in the principal bedroom was a big plus. Lots of superb outdoor seating as well, from the outdoor sofa on the covered deck, to the pool lounges and dining table and chairs. 7 Presidents beach was a short walk away, and beach passes were provided. Lots of places to eat or take out from, a quick 5 minute drive to Pier Village with it's shops and restaurants. We loved it and would be happy to return.

The house was spacious and conveniently located to a beautiful private beach. Carol was responsive and every encounter we had with her was positive! The pool and yard were great for our 2 little ones and the onsite laundry always makes traveling easier! Overall it was a lovely and comfortable space for our family of 8, and we would definitely consider Carol's house in the future!

El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado. El edificio tiene varias amenidades y es muy cómodo el acceso. La caminata a la estación de tren es corta y desde esta estación se puede viajar con frecuencia a la ciudad de Nueva York y distintos destinos en New Jersey y otros estados. Además, el edificio está muy cerca de Rutgers University. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona de New Brunswick tranquila y muy cerca a restaurantes y cafés. Las anfitrionas respondían de inmediato a mis dudas, brindándome una excelente atención. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Truly just like the photos (I would argue maybe even alittle better than the photos) - house is the perfect house for a weekend shore getaway. The heated pool is the perfect size, the loungers are great, the firepit is a fantastic feature for the evenings. The backyard gets sun all day long! House has all standard home items you could need. Super clean, well stocked. Ubers and Lyfts were 2-3 minutes away all weekend, beach is less than 5 minutes. Electric scooter station is just across the street. Parking right outside if you have more than 1 car. On check out day, I was already checking the calendar to see when there might be another availability. Kathy was very communicative and responsive- though we didn’t need her much as it was a pretty seamless stay. I want to gate keep this absolute gem but it would be a shame! Highly highly recommend! Best Airbnb I have stayed in to date.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated so cute. It easily accommodated our group of 7, and even though we had a lot of rain during our trip, the space made it easy for us to still have the best time. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute drive to the beach and close to everything. We especially loved grilling and hanging out in the backyard and pool when the weather cleared up. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even sending us beach photos before we arrived, which made us even more excited for the trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I would highly recommend staying here. The host went above and beyond what I was expecting, showing amazing hospitality and kindness. The place has everything you need and then some. We were surprised with drinks and desserts, and a nice note welcomeing us. It is extremely clean, and the backyard is beautiful. It is clear that the host cares very much about providing the best for her guests. I look forward to staying again soon.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful summer house! We were a group of 9 and had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The house was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were large and accommodating, but the real gem of the home was the backyard. Our family quickly nicknamed it “the resort” and for good reason! The pool was gorgeous and larger than we expected. The grill was where we cooked most of our meals, and the cabanas were such a fun touch. We found ourselves taking pictures in nearly every corner of the yard because it was just that picturesque. The location couldn’t have been better as it was just 10 minutes or less from everything we needed, including grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, and Asbury Beach. Our favorite place was the AP rooftop and that was 9 minutes door to door. This was a 10/10 experience for our family. Can’t wait for next year!

What a gem of a find! Perfect for two. Exceptionally clean and perfect in every way for us. We were visiting family so usually only ate breakfast there but unit contained everything we needed to do so. Location was perfect as you could walk to many restaurants and a few stores. The host, Barbara, was so helpful before, during and after our stay. I felt she had put so much attention into the details of setting up her rental, so that you could just unpack and enjoy the reason for your visit. Hope to visit again. Highly recommend.

Immaculate! Cleanliness is always my first priority. Olivia's place is immaculate and beautiful. The vibe of the whole place is amazing. Not one spot or stain. If you are looking to rent in SB this is the place to rent. Our only critique is that we wish Olivia could control the weather so we could have sat on the beach. Thanks for letting us stay.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

This place was beautiful and perfect for a big family wedding weekend. The house had everything we needed and then some. Great location, walkable, but still felt private and set back from the busy road. The home and kitchen is stocked with so much (spices/other things for cooking, coffee, board games and tons more) which helped make us feel so at home. We really had a blast visiting Red Bank, and Vahid’s place played a huge role in that!!

Close to the beach. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication from the host. However the WiFi was out but I didn’t need it anyway. Overall the stay was pleasant and nice.

Great location and responsive host.

This place was very nice in the inside! Made you feel like I was at a family members house. The yard was very large and they had a gated driveway which was nice if you have a larger vehicle. The bedrooms were just larger enough. The A/C was very cold and TV was easy to use. Beach was only about a 10min drive and plenty of restraints and stores to shop 5-10min away as well.

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!
