Just two miles from the scenic Symonds Yat & Rock, an AONB. Great pub up the road & others nearby. Cottage sleeps 4 & a behaved Doggie, but they must never be left alone in the property due to H&S regulations. Shared Hot tub is available, at an extra cost. We request 48hrs notice (inc payment) to refill & heat Up. Please Only 3 yrs & over.

Pat's Flat - peaceful stay on a beautiful farm.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.

Welcome to our converted stone barn in the Monnow Valley. This rural retreat offers picturesque views of meadows, trees, and hills. Inside, you will discover a spacious living area with an open layout and a few *steps* down to the living room. The patio windows allow plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have *sloping* ceilings.
