the Orangerie

L'Orangerie is a pretty studio apartment in Le Vigan, at the foot of Mont Aigoual in the Cévennes National Park. A short walk to Le Vigan town centre, l'Orangerie is set in a shared garden overlooking olive and cypress trees. The apartment once housed orange and lemon trees to protect them from frost during the cold winter months. True to its original layout, the studio is a bright, open plan room with plenty of natural light streaming through powder blue shuttered windows.

Large Cévennes cottage: llamas, sheep and their river

Old magnanerie very beautifully renovated in large cottage (500 m²) that can accommodate up to 16 people (during a pandemic but is equipped for more than 20) in the southern Cevennes. At the bottom of the valley flows a stream on the edge of which quietly graze llamas and sheep. This small river hosts several waterfalls and swimming pools. A large swimming pool for the coldest will allow you to spend magnificent moments in this setting of nature Cévenole.

Elle est situe au grand calme sur 3 hectares de foret, avec une agreable terrasse au sud sur laquel vous pouvez prendre vos repas, faire la sieste,boire l'apero tout en faisant votre barbeqeu la cuisine d'ete. Nous avons récemment fait aménagé un bassin en baignade naturelle, situe en contre bas de la maison.

Bathed in light thanks to its three large floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers you an exceptional view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The ground floor of our Magnanerie has recently been converted into a studio comprising a beautiful bedroom and a beautiful living room with full kitchen. We are at the foot of the Cévennes with stunning views of the Jumelles de Monoblet and the possibility of hundreds of walks on foot, by bike, or by motorbike from the house.
