Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .
