Beachfront holiday rental in Monopoli

Awesome home. Location is perfect for walking along the seafront and convent to the piazza and restaurants. The Adriatic Sea views from every floor are breathtaking. Extremely clean and everything needed is provided. Kitchen has a nice size refrigerator and dishwasher along with all glassware and dishes needed. Bed was comfortable and having bathrooms on ground floor and main bedroom was great. Michael and AnnaLisa gave useful local shops/activities information. Washing machine was wonderful after our seven day stay. Spent the majority of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and wishing we did not have to leave.

Soggiorno spettacolare... Appartamento indipendente a due passi dal mare.. L'appartamento è munito di tutti i comfort necessari per poter trascorrere una vacanza in tutta tranquillità.. La signora Marika è una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e sempre operativa a qualsiasi ora del giorno!Sempre disponibile a date consigli e informazioni, su qualunque cosa!! Il mare fantastico, acqua cristallina e spiagge ben attrezzate!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Muy lindo departamento, con vista al mar desde el balcon, hermoso! no muy espacioso para nosotras que éramos 5 personas. Quiza para 3 o 4 sería lo ideal. Moderno, linda decoración y funcionaba todo bien. Muy buena comunicación con nuestra anfitriona que nos ayudo con lo que necesitabamos. Gracias !!

Fior di casa e’ un appoggio stupendo sia per la pozione a ridosso di una splendida caletta sia per le comodità che offre come lo splendido terrazzino per momenti di relax, gli ambienti e i dettagli curati. La casa è accogliente e luminosa con il vantaggio di trovarsi a 500m dal centro. Quindi da Lucia , splendida e disponibile nella sua ospitalità, puoi godere sia della pace che cerchi sia della suggestione del centro storico, senza scendere a compromessi. Poi se hai bisogno di un plus basta contattare Lucia per essere accontentati. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci. Per me e la mia famigli di 4 persone e’ stato meraviglioso scoprire posti meravigliosi come Polignano e Monopoli e poi rientrare in un appartamento super come Fior di Casa. Grazie a Lucia per la disponibilità.

Dani’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright and airy with a great private terrace. It is really well located for beaches and the lovely old town. There are plenty of eating/drinking options locally. Monopoli and other towns are easy to reach by train and no car is necessary when you get there. Dani was a great host, always happy and keen to help if needed. We had a great stay.

Maison idéalement située , avec 2 terrasses sur la mer , très bien équipée , dans un lotissement sécurisé , parfait pour garer la voiture. Nous avons adoré y séjourner !

The views at Vito’s place were breathtaking! It’s also perfectly and centrally located. Walkable to great restaurants. They also communicated fast for all the questions we had. Not necessarily bad, but the only part we had to get used to was the toilet and shower being almost next to each other. Grazie Mille, Vito! We can’t wait to come back again!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Buongiorno Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento di recente. Casa pulitissima, proprietari disponibili e gentili mi hanno fatto sentire a casa, persino nel villaggio e le persone all'ingresso nella guardiola disponibile e cordiali. La sera a bordo piscina organizzavano sempre qualcosa. Direi che se non fosse che mi si è rotta la macchina e quest'anno il servizio navetta non partiva dal villaggio, sarebbero state perfette. We enjoyed our stay at Valentina’s Trullo. The property is charming & very quirky, with pinnacled ceilings and pretty ceramics. Outside there are several seating areas plus a good sized private pool, with views of the sea in distance. Ostuni is a reasonable walk away (about 15 minutes) but on dark roads so a taxi home in the evening is advisable. The white-walled town has great restaurants & pretty streets. Valentina was very helpful and left wine & pizza on our arrival and responded quickly to a request for a kettle & clothes airer (thank you). Also surprised us with a delivery of delicious cream-filled pasticciotti on our last day. Things to note. A Trullo is not a conventional building and some of the doorways are low, so care needed. The kitchen was also small if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Our only real problem was the WiFi only worked intermittently during our stay. Despite our host’s best attempts to fix it. Looking to avoid the touristy Rome, Florence, and other crowded Italian cities, but still want that Italian experience with all the beauty and activity that comes with it? Come to Bari and stay here! This place was perfect! Right in the middle of Old Town, with a big beautiful wooden front door exiting into a slew of restaurants, wineries, and people. Not too flashy and not too drab. It's just perfect! And the terrace overlooking the water? Seriously, you will not get a better deal than this if you choose Bari as your visiting city. Finally, the host was super awesome and responsive. Flexible check in, great recs, and just great personality. We accidently locked ourselves out one day and when we messaged them, they got us back in within less than an hour. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town, that is, if it is available. Don't wait if it is. Just book!

Ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria la quale è molto gentile e ci ha accolto con delle ciliegie del suo giardino. L’alloggio supera ogni aspettativa. Molto più bello dal vivo, pulito e a 50 metri da una spiaggetta. 15 minuti da Polignano, Monopoli. L’alloggio si trova su una stradina privata. Ottima location per la Puglia che terrò in considerazione per i prossimi viaggi lì.

Très bel endroit à Ou rester à monopoli et visiter à pied. Logement facile dàcces, bien qu’il y a bcp de marches, même avec valise ça se fait très bien. La terrasse privée et celle en haut sont très bien et relaxantes après une grosse journée. Endroit à revenir !

Massimo is an amazing host and his place is absolutely gorgeous. If I could give 10 stars I would. Totally faultless and made our stay so pleasurable. The accommodation is authentic, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with modern touches. Everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Honestly there is nothing to complain about. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything and very quiet. Massimo went above and beyond as a host in recommendations from boat tours to restaurants and even making some bookings for us. Would 100 percent recommend this as a perfect place to stay in Polignano a Mare.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Apuliae! The apartment is in a prime location—just a short walk to the beaches, main attractions, and everything you’d want to see in Polignano. It’s cosy, beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely private balcony that we really enjoyed. Francesca and Valeria were exceptional hosts. Although we arrived around midnight and had trouble finding parking, they responded within seconds and guided us to a solution right away. Their kindness and quick communication made all the difference. Highly recommend this Airbnb—we’d definitely stay here again!

The two of them are a sweet couple. Everything was perfect. We felt at home. Everything was as described in the pictures. They even left us a present. Everything went smoothly; the keys were handed over personally, which made a very good impression on us. The apartment is just a few steps from the water, and there are three wonderful restaurants nearby. We give the Air B&B a 5-star rating and would gladly come back. We can only recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, emplacement parfait pour visiter cette partie des Pouilles. L'accueil par Letizia et les différents échanges on était vraiment super.Le logement était dans un état impeccable. Je le recommande vivement.
