Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Monroe County

We had a great time in Miami staying here. Easy walk to public transportation, but also close enough to the downtown area that we just walked there a couple of times. It's small but has everything you need. Full disclosure, there is only one AC unit in the bedroom so the rest of the place can get a little warm.

Good spot

Honestly I had to decide if I wanted to share this cute Hidden Gem that we stumbled upon! We loved everything about Mike and Jessica's place. As soon as you enter it smells so clean, looks just like the pictures and the beds are very comfortable. The beautiful decor and endless amounts of photo ops made for a perfect ending to our vacation. We only stayed for one night unfortunately but we enjoyed having the cute oasis in the backyard. We played games, watched out for iguanas, and frogs and just relaxed. Very quiet, and peaceful. Keep in mind that the backyard is shared with the other two apartments on the property. We wouldn't have mind if there were other guests out with us, there was plenty of space to spread out or come together. Michael and Jessica were the perfect host, they allowed us to enjoy the backyard as we waited for our pickup. They even helped us pick mangoes off the tree to take home! 😋 Walking distance to stores and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We will be back!!

Best Airbnb in Miami! The space was really comfortable. The open patio from the bedroom straight to the pool really gave vacation vibes. Pool was perfect with lots of lovely outdoor seating for meals or relaxing time. A 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Quiet bedroom. Very convenient if going to MIA or Tri rail. So pleased with this experience- thank you!

Host was very responsive and accommodating. The area was a little concerning but the airbnb is definitely well protected and secure! So I had no worries after that.

Location was great. Right next to Brickell but very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for what I needed.

Absolutely loved this place was perfect for me and my GF. You get that city view and local to some really good restaurants.

Andy Resort's was exactly what we needed for our stay! We travelled from Texas to compete in the Collegiate Triathlon National Championships and Andy was very accommodating to our requests. Great place and definitely recommend if you are in the area!

We loved our stay here! The house was very nice with plenty of sleeping spaces. There is plenty of parking for trucks, a trailer, and nice dockage for the boat. The pool was in a great spot to give privacy and shade (part of the day) so the water didn’t get hot like other places we have stayed.

A chill spot and good place to hang out with friends overall a great place

Our stay was fantastic, great location and view. The house is set up perfectly if you have several people staying.

We enjoyed our stay. Place looked like the photos and we had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and homey. Liked that the TV had guess access to Netflicks, AppleTv, and Prime. We didn't have a boat or used either of the 2 kayaks or grill, so can't comment on those features. But was nice walking out on the dock. We even saw manatees one day!!! Lots of restaurants, stores, and gas stations close by. Also many attractions within 10-20min drive. Key West took us around 1hr 20min and Islamorada about 35-40min. Access to the Cabana Club pool and beach was also a plus. Pool was very deep compared to most hotels, like 3-9 feet which was awesome!

The house was as described and in a great location. Sonia was very flexible with our check in when she didn’t need to be. The house has a washer and dryer so that’s a plus. The location is great as many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The house was clean and tidy. Overall what made this a great stay was Sonia’s responsiveness and willingness to help with any inquiries/requests that we had. Will definitely stay again when I am back in the area and highly recommend the house!!

We had a great time at Lazaro’s place. The kids were all entertained with the games inside and the pool outdoors. It was clean and comfortable. Our stove oven did not work so they went and bought a tabletop oven for us the following day! We thought that was so nice of them so we can bake! The location was fantastic because it was near the beach and Publix. I would say maybe having more beach equipment to use would make it perfect but we didn’t mind since we bought the sand toys and cooler at Publix. Overall, we had a grand time at his place and enjoyed our visit to the keys!

Great stay, would highly recommend, home was clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back to duck key so I can book again.

Very spacious for our group of five. Didn’t have to use our car but nice to have the parking spot. Would’ve been nice to have more than one key but we made it work!

This location is the jewel of the Keys. Private, safe and with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. I’ve stayed many times in the area and this is absolutely the best. Owner is extremely helpful and available for any questions. Condo has a well stocked kitchen for cooking with great restaurants nearby. Big, fluffy oversized towels are provided. Being on the second floor near the stairs made that the easiest route in and out. Great group of people we met at the pool, many returning every year for extended stays. Just a wonderful place and hoping to return again next year. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

We had a great stay. The place is centrally located to the big destinations in South Florida and only a few minutes drive to downtown Miami. There’s even a river walk within walking distance where you can find shops and restaurants as well. Highly recommend!

This condo is lovely. It looked like the pictures. Our family of 4 found the location very walkable. We loved the proximity to Smather's beach and we walked to dinner in the Duval Street area and to drop-in yoga. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the wide balcony. The grounds were well-maintained and the pool area very nice. For those that might not want to walk everywhere, we found Uber to be reliable and quick.
