The property borders Hoosier National Forest and adjoins 8 miles of hiking trails, with just a short trek to Lake Monroe and a mile to Paynetown SRA. The living room has a wall of windows that looks out over the woods. A bright and airy kitchen w/ all major appliances is off of the living room. An interesting bedroom with a dormer and a large bathroom/ laundry room complete the home.

Welcome to “Maria’s Haven”💕 A beautiful cozy home in the heart of a beautiful small town. This home belonged to my mother, Maria, who passed away in 2020 to breast cancer. Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

This guest suite with private entrance is in a quiet, older neighborhood near the IU campus. The booking includes a recently remodeled basement bedroom with en suite bathroom. It's locked off from the rest of the home in which the host family lives. The bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower.
