Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monroe County

Loved the location. Very close to the golf course and restaurant. The condo was very clean. Quiet area. Will definitely stay there next time in the area.

Samira and Tareq were the best! Extremely helpful and even flexible with our schedules for check-in and check-out. We were only staying for one night for a wedding and arrived the day of the ceremony. They kept us updated on whether we could check-in early and then allowed us to check-out late when my partner had to work remotely the next day before we drove back to Chicago. The place overall was beautiful, super clean, perfectly located, and easy to find! I would absolutely stay here again or be a guest for Samira and Tareq in the future.

We had a nice time staying here for a business meeting we were in town for. Cameron is response and very helpful. Place is exactly as described and felt just like home. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the area.

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Kristen’s recently renovated condo. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. A grocery store and Target are walking distance from the condo complex. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Overall, a very positive experience-we would absolutely stay here again!

I had a greay stay at this location. It's within walking distance of downtown Bloomington, which was very convenient, and when I needed to get a Lyft to campus, it was quick and cheap. So my review is very positive! (For some reason my phone & computer had trouble connecting to the internet from some rooms in the apartment, but this problem may have been on my end.) The next time I travel to Bloomington I will be sure to book this same Airbnb.

The condo worked perfectly for our three night stay!! Beautiful balcony view and peaceful golf course setting. Bed were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all basic needs. Cara helped point us to a nearby convenient store and recommended some restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. Cara was responsive to all messages I sent! We would stay again if ever in the area again. Thanks!!

This is our 2nd stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely stay here again! The location is perfect for us and Alex and Brady are always responsive. They knew we have small grandchildren that may come to the house, so they made sure we were aware of a baby gate that was available for us to use. The house is well furnished with linens and towels and was very clean.

Comfortable spacious home right on the regional airport property. Home was exactly as described on listing. It was unique, enjoyable, and close to shops & restaurants. About 15 mins from IU, but we didn’t need to be near the campus. The house was plenty big for us to spread out and enjoy the big TV. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very handy, but when shopping, be sure to buy basics like cooking oil, salt/pepper, & coffee. A dishwasher would’ve been handy, but to avoid washing, we just brought paper plates and cups. We eat a lot! The shower water had great water pressure and got comfortably hot. Lots of towels and linens too. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it got quite sunny early in the mornings. Beds were comfy too I like a little reading lamp at my bedside, but there was only one lamp like that in the sitting room. I took it with me to the bedroom every night just so I can read & turn it off easily. Kristine was responsive & helpful. Great stay!

This is the second time I stayed at John’s property. It is conveniently located on campus, and walkable to the stadium. The home is furnished tastefully, clean and stocked with all essentials. John also responds quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend checking out this property. It’s a gem!

Price was a little high, but for the university graduation weekend, it was to be expected. Hotel rooms go for $1500 a night!

This is a wonderful house in a great location. It is very close to campus, and allowed us to walk everywhere easily. Great coffee shops in the immediate area. We loved the little touches throughout the house such as the coffee and teabags in the kitchen, and first aid kit and other in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place. Just the peace and quiet we needed. They had everything we could need or want. Such a wonderful, generous host. Best bed ever! They get everything right!

Lots of spices to make cooking easy. Kitchen included a pod coffee machine, with several flavored pods. Backyard with fire pit and chairs makes sitting outside nice. A few blocks from the "b-line" walking/biking trail, which leads to other parks/restaurants. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Small part across the street.

The little house on the corner was perfect for our extended weekend away. Maureen has thought of every need that a traveler would need and even supplies if something was forgotten. I love the yard with the storm drain. It was like a little creek. We truly enjoyed our time there.

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Brandon excels as a host - couldn’t wish for a better one! This listing became “my second home” this past year. Work brought me to Bloomington once a month and this was my place of choice to stay while here. Highly recommend Brandon and this listing.

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
