Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monroe County

It was 2nd floor apartment that has separate door lock. Kendra was really kind host and instruction was clear. It was clean and beautiful airbnb. Sofa was just sofa, not sofabed. 2 queen beds were comfy and suitable for 4 people. My family could walk to strong museum of play, and my kids loved the museum(and this airbnb). There was a parking lot across the street. It's parking space of fitness center, but Kendra owns a lot. It has laundry facilities and dishwasher, and full kitchen. My favorite part was the skylight in the ceiling

In town for a problematic pregnancy/delivery. Dwight could not have been nicer, offering flexibility and changing days when needed. We so appreciated this property as a peaceful and welcome refuge from the hospital. Anything we needed was available in the apartment. Will look forward to returning.

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. While our plans were family oriented and we didn’t visit the village, the location is great and the restaurants are close by. Their remodel of a Victorian home is very tasteful and a great mix of the new and old. We loved knowing the history of the building. The staircase going up from the door is steep and tricky with bags, but it’s an old Victorian home and do-able. Would definitely recommend. I have family close by but if I need to, I’d stay again!! A clean and comfortable apartment. They even had a few food items. A beautifully renovated apartment within a period house.

We had a great time at John and Maria’s place. Their place is very comfortable, appealingly decorated and welcoming. All of the amenities made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt right at home. John and Maria’s extensive area recommendations made our stay in Rochester that much better. We had excellent communication. John and Maria made us feel welcome and right at home.

The house was spotless, the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the Eastman Museum, the Frank Lloyd Wright house, and so many other things we didn't even have a chance to do. We really appreciated the local decor in the house and especially the book of 100 Things to do in Rochester which added the Genessee brewery tour and a visit to the House of Guitars to our itinerary. Absolutely beautiful property and absolutely STELLAR host ! Super responsive when we had questions and was more than accommodating with our service dog! Big beautiful yard and clean comfy home ! 10/10 inside and out with wonderful a amenities! Super quiet neighborhood and feels extremely safe! Board games available and a TV in every room!! Hidden gem. I booked this airbnb for a retreat/staycation with friends. Discreet on the outside, luxurious within. The place was immaculately clean and the layout was thoughtfully planned. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom- even a sewing kit. 🙂 We really enjoyed using the sauna and outdoor firepit.

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very good as it has a really good view, quiet, and close to lots of state parks. The room is cozy and spacious. Kitchen has all the utensils. Angela is really helpful before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! My daughter was graduating from U of Rochester and our family of 8 came including my 87 (very picky) mom :) she raved about the place and we loved it. Great location, safe, and most of CLEAN, that is so important to me when I stay somewhere and this home is immaculate. The hosts are super responsive and only regret is that i did not find this before she sooner during her 4 years at Rochester!

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. It’s tucked into what felt like a quiet cul-de-sac in the Rochester area—super peaceful and perfect for relaxing or recharging. The space was clean, well set up, and surprisingly roomy. It had everything I needed, and more. Being pet-friendly was a huge plus; it made travel so much easier knowing my dog was welcome too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a low-stress, quiet, and cozy place to stay. Would absolutely come back!

Definitely will be staying here again. Very peaceful environment. Absolutely wonderful view from the windows to the trees. Quiet, clean, and stress free. After working in the ER, sleeping was such a dream. I didn't get to meet the host due to our schedules but he was very responsive and accommodating and most of all, super chill. you can get a sense of personality from the decor. Pro: DEDICATED BATHROOM (hot water is HOT- it's great!) Quiet Lots of windows! Drinks galore (if your into that.) Street parking is safe and plentiful. if it gets cold, there's blankets in the closet Locks on bathroom and your room There's only you and the host that share the place it's not high traffic at all. Wi-Fi is great. (I could connect to my PS5 with my portal with a crystal clear stream.) Bed is low profile and comfortable. Plenty of places to put your things should you need to. Con: the street parking sign has a typo I think.. Thanks for letting me stay. I hope to book again soon.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s place! The location was just perfect for us—situated in a beautiful, historic neighborhood that was great for walking around and soaking in the local charm. It was close to everything we needed, including a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Gregory was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.
