We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Welcome! This Airbnb is situated directly in the heart of Rochester's vibrant cultural center, the Park Avenue Neighborhood!!! A 2 minute walk down beautiful tree lined streets to Park Ave where you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. Updated bathroom rounds the apartment out. Window AC is very sufficient to cool during summer. This is a 2nd floor apartment in a house with other apartments. No local guests, property is available to international traveler’s and out of town guests.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.
