The property includes 600 feet of frontage on the Greenbrier River as well as 140+ acres of woods, wildlife and natural beauty. The cabin itself has been updated for a bath and kitchen. Put in a kayak and float downstream and enjoy bass fishing, or fish directly from the shore or walk upstream 100 feet to a nice pool of still water to fish or swim! 24 miles to the state of WV fairgrounds and 34 miles to the Greenbrier!

The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). We love hosting guests on our farm, in our cozy cottage with beauty, peace and quiet, trails, fishing, and mountain air.

Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!
