Monthly Rentals in Monrovia

Wonderful little lot that was very secluded and private while still being a reasonable driving distance to activities. Pier and fire pit offer serene natural environment with many ambient sounds and wildlife to watch and listen to. The house is perfectly small to comfortable fit two with all of the amenities needed to find yourself at home.

We stayed during the weekend of the Indy 500. They were super friendly, and helped whenever you asked something. We enjoyed doing the games which were available during our stay. The location is in a safe neighborhood with lots of green. Overall we enjoyed staying here and I would recommended anyone to stay here if you would like to visit Indianapolis.

The location was perfect for Indy 500 weekend as it was away from the chaos and traffic of the city but still a convenient driving distance away. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly with no issues and there were no concerns the entire weekend. Parking was simple and easy, and the town itself is a perfect mix of peaceful with everything you need within a walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second visit to Matthew's cabin. The cabin is nestled in the woods of rural Indiana. It was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It's an easy drive to the airport, and about thirty minutes from the IU Bloomington campus. The cabin is very well equipped and clean. Matt, the host, is very helpful and responsive.
