This cottage is very warm and spacious, in a closed and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is adorned with wood like a chalet, with its bar and an open fireplace that makes it very friendly and welcoming. Ilse consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 master bedroom, + 1 extra, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Chez Federico et Pierre: the trapper's refuge

Small house of 6m2 with covered terrace and large hanging relaxation net, perched in the middle of the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (we!) 200m away: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The walking access for 300m has a steep slope part. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bedding provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not pick up well from us (in the cabin it's good).

Atypical stone house, African huts

We offer this 65 m2 18th century stone house located in the heart of the old hamlet of Frangouille and whose exterior is decorated with sculptures. The hamlet, backed by woods and the Orb Mountains, is located in the upper Orb Valley. The house, filled with travel memories, is located in a very quiet area. Guests can take advantage of its covered terrace, facing south, the garden and we provide African huts (30 m² annex) located in the garden.

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

In Cathar country, we offer you a life experience deep in the forest, in the mountains, where wildlife also shares the place... ideal for recharging your batteries far from the constraints and stress of city life. You will find in the chalet all the comforts, and Wi-Fi available. Cool in summer (possibility of snow in February).
