In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century.
