Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Monserrat

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Excellent apartment and great location.

Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

I recommend this place 100%. Close to everything you need and some tourist areas of Buenos Aires. Spotless bathroom and organized rooms, it has everything to spend a short or long stay. I would definitely come back on another occasion that goes to BAS. Thank you very much Corina. Regards!

I stayed for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mariano is a very good host and helped me out with anything I needed. The location is excellent. In an safe and interesting neighborhood with many excellent restaurant's and cafes nearby but still quiet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Excellent location, for proximity to tourist points and public transport stops that take you to other points in the city. The apartment is very comfortable Everything spotless.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very nice. The area is safe and in addition, in the building there are very attentive doorkeepers who are 24 hours. Cande, the host, is very attentive. He welcomed us very well, explained everything about the accommodation and I make sure during the stay that we will not be missing anything. Super recommended and grateful to Cande for the welcome.

We were absolutely blown away by this incredible home. Located in the heart of San Telmo, this 19th-century house is full of history, charm, and character. The high ceilings, grand spaces, and unique blend of antique architecture with contemporary art make it truly unforgettable. Every room is beautifully decorated and includes its own bathroom. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, expansive, and peaceful. The 25-meter pool and gym made it feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. What truly made our stay special were the lovely hosts. They live in a separate little house on the property and were the perfect combination of discreet, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling and willing to assist if needed, without ever intruding. We came with the whole family and had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something magical in Buenos Aires!

The house is very well located, it is extremely spacious and the social areas such as the living room and dining room are very cozy. It is an old house and as such you have to see it, but it is worth it for the spaces and the number of rooms. Improving a couple of things would be great. Candela answered me every time I wrote to her and helped us a lot in everything. 10/10 service!

Nice room, the house is very close to the bus making it super easy to get around. The host was very fast to respond and nice.

Valentines place is such a great space, clean, beautifully decorated and an excellent location for exploring Buenos Aires. Valentin was very friendly and communication was clear and efficient. He gave us some good recommendatons too. thanks for a great stay :)

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of four. I spent so much time on the terraces and in the courtyard. We also enjoyed the piano!

Juan and Agustina were very kind and always available. They made us feel right at home. The property is even better than pictures, it is fully equipped and set with lots of love. Definitely recommend.
