Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monserrat

Excellent stay! The place is beautiful, it's close to everything, you can walk to the San Telmo Market and many other places. There is a subway stop a block and a half away, so it is super accessible to get everywhere. The apartment is very comfortable, the bed is very good, we rested perfectly. The view is so cute. There is a 24-hour doorman and the entrance is well lit. I recommend it 100%.

We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires metro, markets, restaurants and sights nearby. The place is very nice and the Host very attentive. Super recommendable!

We had a very nice stay in this studio. The place was very clean and had everything you needed to cook. They responded to our inquiries immediately and were always very attentive to any information. The gym is amazing We were unlucky that the sauna and pools were under maintenance, but they also kept our luggage to pick up later than check out. We would definitely come back 🤩

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment that we will definitely return to! We spent a weekend sightseeing and the location was perfect for our plans (Caminito, San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Theater on Corrientes Street)

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Since I rented Sebastian communicated quickly and gave us all the details to get to the accommodation and facilitated our entry to the apartment long before check-in time, since our plane arrived earlier, Alejandro, an excellent host, welcomed us to the apartment, showed us the apartment and told us everything we could do to enjoy Bs As, he sent us links with many options of places to visit, restaurants, etc, etc, and how to get to these places. The apartment, a 10, beautiful, clean, comfortable, the bathroom excellent, beautiful water pressure, the bed very comfortable, the balcony beautiful, really everything perfect, the decoration with very good taste, and the welcome, better, they left us water, milk, cookies, tea, coffee, everything necessary to not have to run out to buy. We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
