L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.
