Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

In the village of Sollières-Envers, this peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, nestled at the gates of the Vanoise Natural Park, 2.5 km from the vast Valcenis-Vanoise ski area via Termignon (free shuttle 200 m away in high winter season). In the heart of the sumptuous preserved natural territory of Haute-Maurienne, very close to the Italian border. Splendid preserved natural setting on the edge of meadows & forests. Pleasant landscaped and flowered garden.

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

Independent luxury cottage facing the mountains

20 minutes from La Plagne Montalbert ski resort. 10 minutes from ski touring, cross country skiing, sledding and snowshoeing (winter), GR, refuge, hiking (summer) routes. 100 m: start of hiking and biking trails A true haven of peace, the chalet has all the necessary comforts as well as full equipment (raclette, fondue, flat screen, comfort plus bedding, board games, sled, storage room, private parking...). Dream Catcher

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, new and unique cottage was made with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening onto the mountains without any overlooking, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities far from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE IN THE HEART OF NATURE.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Spacious accommodation of about 100m2 carefully decorated, with private garden, parking and access to a traditional Nordic bath (on reservation for heating). One Nordic bath per stay free. Extra baths My place is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities (cross-country and alpine ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails) and public transport.
