Direct access to the Parc des Sports des Dérêches (swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian center, health course, convention center, ice rink, adventure course etc...) For mountain biking or walking, the Super Morzine gondola lift is 200 metres from the accommodation. Ideally located in the center of the village, all shops, bars and restaurants are accessible without a vehicle. An uncovered private parking space is available.

The apartment Adret chalet TEKA is located in the center of the village with immediate proximity to shops and is at the foot of the slopes with direct access from the ski lifts (you can't be closer to your playground! ) The apartment is located above the Intersport store where you can enjoy the purchase service and the ski and mountain bike rental service and 3 meters from the "chavannes" gondola which allows you to access the ski area.
