Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Ideal location with parking, balcony, Mont Dore.

34 m² apartment in the hyper-center, balcony, private parking, Wi-Fi, view of Sancy and large waterfall. Departure of many hikes from the accommodation. We are 100 m from the thermal baths and 50 m from the shuttles that leave towards Puy de Sancy in winter. We are close to shops, ski resort, lakes, waterfalls, equestrian center, bowling alley, skating rink, sled dogs, Mont-Dore adventure park, fishing, mountain biking and wellness area. Studio of 25 sqm on the ground floor, ideally located on Mont Dore in a residence with a secure door. 100 m from the ski shuttles (free), 100 m from the shops and 150 m from the thermal baths. It consists of a living room with open kitchen with 2 induction hobs, a combined microwave, fridge... A 140 cm bed as well as a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. A shower room/ WC and washing machine. The accommodation includes a private ski room and a private terrace.

Splendid 37 m2 2-room apartment, on the third and top floor. Located in the hyper center, close to the Thermal Baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. One bedroom with a 160 double bed as well as a 140 double bed in the mezzanine. A bathroom with shower and toilet. South and west facing with unobstructed views of the mountains and park. Bed linen rental €10, end-of-stay cleaning €40.

Located on the 2nd and top floor of a typical Sancy house, this listed apartment ⭐⭐ includes a living/kitchen, and upstairs, under the roofs, a bathroom and an attic through bedroom with beautiful views of the village and mountains. Cocooning atmosphere guaranteed ! The accommodation has 4 beds in the same room, but it is more recommended for 2/3 people due to its size.
