Holiday rentals with lake access in Mont Vernon

Der Ausblick war der Hammer an dem Punkt, wo wir da gewohnt haben. Aber es entsprach nicht den Zustand wie auf den Fotos. Es fehlt in der Grill Ventilator im Wohnzimmer und die Hängematte, die auf dem Foto ist die ist schon komplett vergammelt. Leider mussten wir einige Utensilien kaufen, da Kaffeetassen und einiges andere fehlte aber sonst war es wunderschön und war sehr angenehm.

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

Pauline was a superb host giving great recommendations for our time on the island from car, kayak and atv rentals to local tours and food places. She helped arrange and coordinated everything seamlessly. She also accommodated our request for a late check out. The villa itself is quite peaceful with spectacular views. There are 2 other villas on the property but that didn’t take away from its privacy and we always felt secure. There are several supermarkets, beaches and restaurants close by. Its worth having a car to go about and see the island. Pinel island, the lolos (try getting the crab dumplings)and market in Marigot are worth visiting. Gutside restaurant husband and wife team Richard and Lourdes were simply the best, friendly service great food. Ask about their Tea punch. They can be found on the way to Friars Beach. La Cigale, for a nice romantic dinner is also nearby. Thank you Pauline we had a great time enjoying the island, the villa and its views! Would book again!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour : la maison est formidable et spacieuse. Ils ont pensé à toutes les commodités possibles. Vous ne regretterez pas votre choix ! Alexandra est très accueillante et nous a recommandé des endroits formidables. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Ruim huis met alles wat we nodig hadden. Er was een klein probleempje met het toilet wat onmiddellijk werd opgelost. Op loopafstand veel barretjes en restaurants zodat je ‘s avonds niet meer met de auto weg hoefde. Het huis ligt centraal op het eiland zodat je makkelijk alle prachtige stranden kan ontdekken. Wij zijn al vaker op Anguilla geweest en het voelde weer als thuis komen. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad!

Romario was a wonderful host. He met us to tell us about the accommodations and give us information about our stay. It's a spacious and comfortable unit with really nice appointments for beds and baths. It has some stairs to climb (but they all do! :)). Easy to get to other places on the island from this spot. We were on the island to explore, but I can imagine it being a great spot to relax and spend time with a group, as it has a really great rooftop entertaining area!

Great stay. If I was to change anything, it would be: warmer pool..I think because fresh water constantly circulates, it never has a chance to warm up.

From the very start in our dealings with the owner, this was a wonderful experience. We had to add a day on our stay due to travel issues and the response was quick, pleasant, and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze even with our delay from the airport. The concierge was very accommodating and checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure there weren't any issues. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and quiet. My only complaint was the bed in one of the king rooms had a dip in the middle and made noise every time we moved. I did not mention this to the concierge as I didn't think it was an issue that could've been fixed while we were there, but did mention it while checking out. Certainly, did not ruin our trip and would not deter me from staying here again. One review had mentioned the lack of "starter" items in the property, but we had plenty of everything we needed. Overall, an amazing and positive experience!

Alix place is huge, very well positioned and has an incredibile view on the Bay. Alix and Diane have been great hosts and I’ll carry the stay at their place in my heart. Highly suggested!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cathy et Melody. L'appartement est spacieux ainsi que la terrasse. Le seul bémol est que la terrasse donne sur la rue et qu'il y a beaucoup de circulation aux heures de pointes du matin et de fin d'après-midi. Pour reste, tout était bien.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung im Rnb war einfach fantastisch! Die Gastgeberin war äußerst nett und jederzeit für Fragen oder Wünsche erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der traumhafte Blick, der jeden Tag zu einem Genuss macht. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!

The place was so lovely, we really enjoyed every day, and the most important thing is the fact that it’s close to some restaurants a bakery and a rental car. Also, the pool was so clean and the residence is a place where you can really rest, no noise and very quiet! I’d really come back and recommend it

My partner and I had an incredible week at Fabrice’s studio. Everything exceeded our expectations. The studio had everything we could have needed- washing machine was a huge plus, too. You are within walking distance to the port and town, but the space quiet and private enough to feel like you are in your own villa. The private beach is gorgeous and we did use the pool a few times too, it was nice and clean. Parking is right outside, we never had an issue finding a spot. We spent a lovely afternoon on Fabrice’s sail boat, he is an excellent host. We feel blessed to have scored this apt and I would recommend it to any couple heading to St Martin.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect – just a short 10 minutes walk from the best beach in St. Martin and close to great restaurants and shops. The accommodation was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with the stunning sunset view was a definite highlight. The residence has a swimming pool and a gym for those who practice sport regularly. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
