A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Quietly located, close to the center of Pézenas, this house offers an ideal setting for a cultural, nature and relaxing stay.

Au calme entre les vignes et la garrigue, nous aurons le plaisir de vous recevoir dans la dépendance de notre résidence principale. Fonctionnelle, vous y trouverez 2 chambres avec lits doubles, dont 1 est attenante à la salle d'eau avec wc, ainsi qu'une kitchenette toute équipée avec canapé et télévision. A l'extérieur vous trouverez un coin terrasse avec salon de jardin et barbecue sur demande. Votre place de parking se trouve juste devant le logement.
