BUS from the train station (13 min): - "QUAI NORD" stop right across from the train station - BUS number 3 - 7th stop "RENOIR" - the apartment is 200 m away Possibility to rent 2 bikes for an extra charge as soon as you arrive at the apartment. My 100 plants will be there to keep you company, but don't worry, there is no need to water them ;)

Take a break in this small, peaceful and cosy furnished apartment, ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 lakes, 20 mn from Annecy & Aix les bains, 60 mn from Geneva and 10 mn by car from Rumilly (restaurants, cinema, shops, and its leisure center/water park, karting). The first ski resorts are about 35 mn away by car with the Semnoz (downhill and cross-country skiing, summer tobogganing) and the Margeriaz (downhill skiing), 1h from Grand Bornand or La Clusaz & 2.5h from the major resorts.

Located in the countryside with unobstructed views of the mountains, in a small village 10 km from Annecy and 25 km from Aix-les-Bains. Highway entrance 5 minutes away: Geneva 40 minutes. Free private parking. Small shop and multi-service bar a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet, not overlooked.
