Studio+Loft for 2/3 guests nr Atlantis, Ferry

The Studio with the loft is about 400 s ft all together. The entry to the Loft up the Stairs is a bit on the tiny side and its easier for younger fir people, but once up there you enjoy a private cosy space. If you are 2 couples or have more kids, pls just let me know to arrange extra accommodation !!!! The kitchenette is a tiny space, but has a good fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils.

I had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Nassau! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and super welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. The home was in a perfect location—close to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions. I especially appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. The place was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the island. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nassau and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Silk Cotton Villas is an oasis in Nassau. Beautifully designed and maintained, with fruit trees, orchids, gardens and chickens (yes, free eggs), it truly is a peaceful spot on the East side of Nassau in an easy to access, quiet neighborhood, yet only a short walk to the mall or short drive to downtown Nassau, if that's what you're looking for. Highly recommend!

The Silk Cotton has the BEST staff. Paul is A1 on letting you know any and everything about the Island. Young Chef is superb on his cooking skills. That guy is going places. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The garden, the chickens ❤️ We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very convenient and less costly than other places. I know that renovations are taking place so can't wait until they redo the bathrooms/Tubs-that is the only downside. I'd highly recommend this place and look forward to returning. Oh yeah, THE BEST BEDS AND PILLOWS EVER!

Silk Cotton Villas is a little patch of paradise in the lovely Bahamas! The property is unbelievably beautiful and lush. It reminds me of the garden of Eden. There are mango and banana trees, a vegetable garden, cats, fountains, pools, lovely architecture, cooing birds, and all the comforts of home including great air conditioning!! The only downside is that I couldn’t find a map of the property and when I arrived nobody showed me where anything is. It didn’t bother me because of the the overwhelming beauty but it’s a point to improve on for sure! The property is close to the beach and a shopping center and is definitely on the local side of the island. It’s an idyllic getaway in the context of the everyday life of Nassau, so if you want a retreat as well as the ability to see how the locals live this is perfect!!! God bless the owners and God bless this place. It is truly wonderful and I hope to be back soon!
