Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Montalegre

We had a wonderful stay at Virginia's flat. The kids enjoyed to play with the dogs. We enjoyed the pool and the fireplace inside which was very cosy. Virginia is very friendly and gave us lots of helpful advices about what we could do to explore the surrounding. All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and despite bad luck with the weather it was no issue to stay inside for longer periods because the flat is so nice. We can fully recommend Virgina's flat and hospitality.

Very spacious apartment with very nice and spacious outdoor area overlooking the river. Convenient kitchen equipment and outdoor barbecue, covered. Quiet location and still well located in terms of traffic, with private parking. We would love to come back, regardless of the season.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of light and it was well stocked with towels, soap, and other necessities. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to anything you need. I would happily rent this airbnb again on my next trip to Braga. I recommend it!

We stayed 4 nights in the apartment and it more than covers all expectations. Very quiet place (with restaurants on the same street) and close to Peneda-Gerês National Park Carlos and Alía are always very attentive to answer any questions

We stayed for two nights and we had an amazing experience. The apartment was a great size, including outdoor seating, and it was very clean. Maria was very friendly, responsive and made us feel like at home right away. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The highlight of the place are the location, views and quiet. The grocery store and restaurants (Maria provided several recommendations) are within 5 miles. We would definitively stay again.

I loved the space. Super quiet, with a boat on the lake right next to the house that my kids loved. Mr. Francisco and his wife, Mrs. Helena, are very friendly, they make us feel very comfortable, we feel like family. The wine from the farm is wonderful. Take advantage of the stay to try it and stock up at home 😉 It was only 3 days, but wonderful. Congratulations on the super neat space and thank you for the genuine sympathy.

Maria's house is as shown in the photographs and in the description. It's very cozy and friendly. The weather did not accompany us as we were unable to leave the house due to bad weather and why our girl became ill, that is to say that we had a three day stay inside the place. The village looks very beautiful,so most likely we will contact Mrs. Maria again in order to return, if she, accepts us again, on other dates where the sun accompanies us. Thank you very much Mrs. Maria, we will come back!

What a WONDERFUL stay at this charming farmhouse! From the moment we arrived it was perfect! The property is so beautiful with its lovely gardens, fruit trees & the view of the mountains. We spent the majority of our time, when we were not out exploring, enjoying the pool & having all our dinners outside under the covered outdoor grilling area. We took advantage of the grill & enjoying pizza (yes, there is a fabulous pizza oven!). The house was so comfortable, clean & the kitchen had everything we needed & more. Carlos & Christina are stunning hosts....so kind & friendly & gave us so many suggestions of what to do in the area...restaurants, villages, waterfalls, etc. We CAN'T WAIT to return! Obrigada for a wonderful stay! (note - if you are driving be mindful as directly accessing the property can be tight if you have a larger car)

Mrs. Fernanda welcomed us very well. The house is better than what the photographs show. On the entrance floor, there is a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, and the upper floor has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is right in the center of Montalegre, which is great. We really like it and recommend it!
