Le Loft de L'Annicha

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Les P'tits Cailloux Classé 3 offers his room with private entrance for one or several nights. You will appreciate the calm and charm of the small walls that remind you are in Quercy. On shaded grounds, you'll enjoy the pool. Close to many tourist sites: Cordes s/Ciel, St Antonin Nobl Val, Bruniquel, St Cirq Lap. These surroundings allow you to indulge in walks, hikes, mountain biking and cycling: a fan of these leisure activities, we will be able to share with you the right plans.

Pleasant Gite in Lot Touristique

Charming single-story cottage for 2–4 people, located near a hamlet. Completely restored, it mixes the beautiful Quercy stone, exposed beams & modern comforts. Inside, you'll find: -main room with an open equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, range hood, dishwasher, TV), and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 in 140) - sleeping area: a double bed (140) - bathroom with shower -toilet - air-conditioned -outdoor table, barbecue NB: Linens and towels are not provided

Le Nid du Merle is a little haven of peace. Quiet and elegant accommodation, large air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub and shower and an equipped kitchen. Chalet with its own two-seater jacuzzi + Finnish sauna for private use, with open area: garden furniture, terrace, bioclimatic pergola barbecue and plancha. Access to the swimming pool area heated to 30°C and a large outdoor jacuzzi. Boulodrome (petanque kit). Mini animal park, flower beds over 2 ha.

The Cabane des Remparts

Small charming cottage for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speak English ;-) Please note: the pool opens in early June... please contact me depending on the weather to see if it can be opened from May 15th :-)

Moulin à vent

Located in the heart of the Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a base for a tourist stay. Restored while keeping its original soul (wings in motion with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists on the ground floor of a small fitted kitchen, living room, on the 1st floor bathroom and toilet, and on the 2nd floor of a bedroom. Outside a terrace with table. Breakfast with farm products included for 1 night.

The Au fil de l'eau cottage in Bruniquel, cozy & intimate

Charming house located by the water near the medieval village of Bruniquel. You will appreciate its large garden without overlooking, the shade of its oaks, and the local fauna (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park and private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Large parking lot just in front of the house. Reversible air conditioning. Comfortable bed in 160. Separate bathroom with a spacious shower. Smart TV. Senseo coffee maker. For your safety, the common terrace and parking are under video surveillance. No cleaning fees.

Rated 5 ears of Gîte de France, a small paradise in a green setting. In Lapenche on an enclosed lot where a river passes, it will seduce you with its nature spirit. Come and relax by the private heated pool or sip a drink on the covered wooden terrace. You can also rest in one of the two master suites,or prepare the meal in the modern kitchen while having the feeling of being in nature thanks to its 4.30 m glass window that opens totally!

Welcome to our charming house located near the historic center of Montpezat de Quercy. Living room with sofa, TV and a large table. Beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. A bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with closets with a shower room. A second bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with storage. The bathroom (walk-in shower) is located in one of the bedrooms. List of products provided: Sheets, towels, coffee, tea, miscellaneous products...

Nest overlooking a sea of trees. Old bread oven turned into a bright house out of sight, with a small Japanese-style courtyard at the entrance, a garden at the back overlooking a forest, in the heart of Quercy. Stone ground floor, wooden floor, wood stove (essential in winter!), hiking trails immediately accessible, many cultural and sporting activities in the area. Ideal for lovers of nature, walks, calm.
