As a host, Gianluca has gone the extra mile: in the midst of a moment of logistical difficulty upon arrival, he was of immense help to me and my family. This already warrants the 5 stars of this review, without mentioning the location, comfort and facilities of the flat, which are outstanding. The flat is located in the heart of Macerata, everything is walkable and within reach. The living room is spacious, furniture and facilities are top-notch, making the stay a very comfortable experience. Definitely recommended.

Very cozy accommodation. Close to supermarket, pharmacy and bar. Also very close to bus stop. The host is welcoming and flexible with check-in. I arrived at 10pm and there were no problems. I recommend it for those who want to spend time in silence and comfort.

Anna and Rodolfo are very nice hosts. They are always available, but do not impose themselves. The apartment is very cozily equipped and obviously also pleasantly cool in summer. It is spacious and easy to use for lingering. It is shaded and overlooks gardens. Overall, I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the property. Monika

A great find in Macerata. Close to all services that the city offers, but when you walk in the door you are transported to another world. The noise and bustle disappears as you face a beautiful, pristine valley out to the mountains. It looks exactly like the pictures. Strongly Recommended!
