In 10-12 minute drive you can be in East Hampton village or Amagansett Village. The home is set on a half acre in a serene setting in the Lions Head beach association. Walk to private access bay beach from the property. The cabin was renovated top to bottom in 2025.

Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
