This charming 25 m2 studio is brand new, you will appreciate its comfort at the level of the best hotels and the quality of the many modern amenities it offers. Ideally located on the banks of the Lot, between Fumel, Montayral and Libos, the large public parking lot at the foot of the door makes it very easy to access. You will enjoy the proximity to various shops, bakery, tobacco, bar, snack, supermarkets, etc. within a 5-minute walk. Walking enthusiasts will take the greenway located 50 m away.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.
